The 46-year-old has not been active on Instagram in January and a fan commented it must be because she was having cosmetic surgery.
Eva, who returned to social media to celebrate a friend's birthday, responded to deny the suggestion. Instead she said she’s been taking the time to be "present with her family" – and not to go under the knife.
The mum-of-two responded: ‘"Mmmm. I’m not sure why I’m answering you but here I go. I’m posting less because I really want to be present for my family." And she continued: "My little ones need me and posting takes up too much time.
