Eva Marcille Files for Divorce from Michael Sterling After Four Years of Marriage

Eva Marcille and Michael Sterling are ending their marriage. On Tuesday (March 28), it was revealed that the 38-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and America’s Next Top Model winner filed for divorce from her lawyer-husband after four years of marriage. Also in her filing, Eva stated that she and Michael “are currently living in a bona fide state of separation.” Eva and Michael married back on October 7, 2018 and share two sons – Michael Jr, 4, and Maverick, 3. Michael has also been a father figure to Eva‘s daughter Marley, 9, from a previous relationship. Eva is seeking legal and primary custody of their children along with child support and other monetary support for “care and maintenance” along with medical costs.

She also wants the court to award her “equitable division” of the assets she and Michael gained during their marriage, as well as her own separate property. Eva also wants their debt to be “equitably divided.” Eva announced that she was leaving RHOA back in 2020 after three seasons.
