‘Euston, we have a problem’: Manc passengers stuck in London amid rail CHAOS

Train passengers have faced chaos following major disruption in London this evening (June 17). All Avanti West Coast services from Euston have been halted after a vital line was blocked due to a reported fire.

Commuters have faced severe delays and some have been advised to divert via services to Birmingham New Street. Avanti West Coast have said that tickets dated for travel today (June 17) will be valid for travel tomorrow at any time via the same route.

Hundreds of users have hit out on Twitter about the delays. One passenger, who boarded the 16.05 train from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston, said they were supposed to arrive at 19.05.
