Erling Haaland has added to Manchester City's injury concerns after picking up a knock at Newcastle that will be assessed this week.
City's top goalscorer this season was up against Dan Burn and Fabian Schar in a physical battle at St James' Park, and had little joy in the first half on Saturday.
On one occasion, he came to the halfway line to collect a ball and start a break, turning Burn but coming off second best in the exchange.
Haaland was able to sprint to the area and almost get on the end of a cross, but was seen limping away after replays showed Burn had scraped the striker's ankle with his studs as he fell in the initial tackle.
