A woman who sent a work colleague an image of her dressed as a devil later sued for harassment after he replied “lucky ladies” when she told him she was a lesbian.
But a tribunal found Dominika Klukowska did not have a case after she made a string of allegations about the actions of personnel at the Bridge of Weir Leather Company.
