Emmerdale star Lawrence Robb had just three words to share after viewers saw his character Mackenzie Boyd stabbed by his wife Charity Dingle in shock scenes.
As fans of the ITV soap know, Charity has been struggling ever since accidentally killing Damon 'Harry' Harris. Charity, played by Emma Atkins, accidentally turned killer when she rushed to save Mack over Christmas when he was kidnapped by villain Harry, portrayed by former Brookside star Robert Beck, who had beaten him black and blue in an abandoned warehouse with plans to finish him off for good following his doomed relationship with his daughter, Chloe Harris.
Just as Harry was about to kill Mack, with a gun pointed right at him, Charity rushed in before Mack knocked over Harry, who had pointed the gun at his wife instead.
At the climax of the dramatic scenes, the gun fell to the floor which led to Harry and Charity fighting to grab hold of it. A shot went off and it was revealed that it had hit Harry and he was later confirmed dead.
