On her big day, Lydia drinks from a wellington boot in true Beckindale style in celebration of her nuptials to her new husband.
As well as that, in a poignant and touching scene, her father-in-law Zak (Steve Halliwell) walks her down the aisle on the incredibly special day.
The happy scenes come as day trippers have been told not to visit a village made famous by the soap. Residents in Esholt, West Yorks, where the ITV drama was filmed, warn: "Since lockdown, we’ve had more people than ever turning up".
