Emmerdale’s Danny Miller is one proud soap star as he becomes a dad for the first time after an emotional pregnancy journey.

The 30-year-old who plays Aaron Dingle on the show and his fiancé Steph Jones welcomed their miracle arrival after being told that they would be unlikely to conceive naturally.

The couple was about to begin the IVF process when they discovered they were pregnant and announced their happy news back in May, a month after getting engaged.

They expressed their joy at becoming parents by sharing a matching quote on their Instagram accounts, writing: ‘I was lucky enough to find someone bright enough to lead me out of the dark but I never imagined to be lead to the brightest place imaginable.
