Brenda and Eric Pollard were the first to find him, and called an ambulance hoping to save his life. But as they waited for news on his condition and if he would be okay, things took a surprising turn in the first of two episodes of the ITV soap.
Dan had been helping Brenda prepare some wraps at the café which she was hoping to sell to pay off some debt. With him busy at the garage that day, he decided to take one with him for his lunch.
