Jacob had a serious fright at the start of the week when he suffered a severe allergic reaction. During an event at The Hide, hosted by Leyla Cavanagh and colleague Suzy Merton, Victoria mistakenly told Jacob, who has a nut allergy, was nut-free when it wasn't.
Within seconds he was struggling to breathe as he came out in rashes and started to sweat before collapsing to the ground as he went into anaphylactic shock.
During his stint in hospital, Victoria paid him a visit, despite Leyla being on the war path, and it soon became clear he had feelings for David Metcalfe's ex as he told her she wasn't to blame for what happened.
