Emmerdale 'confirms' fan-favourite's death after eerie five-word remark by Tom King

As viewers will remember, Tom has been manipulating and abusing Belle for months. In Wednesday's (July 24) emotional two-handed episode, Belle feared for her life as Tom continued his abuse.
She managed to escape and returned to the village. After a tense face-off with Tom, Belle broke free and went and moved back in with her family, declaring that her marriage to Tom was over.
During Friday's episode (July 25), Belle confided in her friend Vinny (Bradley Johnson). She revealed how Tom "calls all the shots.", reports the Express.
