Heather Gay is reportedly being sued by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints over the title of her autobiography, Bad Mormon.Ahead of the release of her memoir on Tuesday, the LDS Church church is allegedly trying to stop the 40-year-old reality star's book from 'reaching bookstores.' The report comes as she remains locked in a legal battle over the trademark for 'Bad Mormon,' according to The Salt Lake Tribune.According to the outlet, 'the church retains its trademarks on multiple variations of the term Mormon.' Back in June, Gay filed a trademark application on the words 'Bad Mormon' to use on beer mugs, shirts and socks.
