Emily Osment Settles Split with Jack Anthony Days After Filing for Divorce

Emily Osment and Jack Anthony‘s divorce is one step closer to being finalized. The 33-year-old actress filed settlement documents to court on Monday (March 10), three days after she filed from divorce from the 42-year-old musician. Emily and Jack have signed a marriage settlement agreement, and have given up their rights to seek spousal support, per TMZ.

The couple also have a prenuptial agreement. Keep reading to find out more… However, the settlement still needs to be signed by a judge in order to be official. Emily and Jack got engaged in 2023, and tied the knot in October 2024. Emily filed for divorce in March 2025, after five months of marriage.

However, the date of separation was listed as December 7, 2024, only two months after their wedding. As for Emily‘s career, her comedy series, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, has recently been picked up for a second season.
