Emily Andrea has opened up about the difficulties about spending quality time with her husband Pete thanks to their busy schedules.

Writing in her weekly OK! column, NHS doctor Emily admitted it can be "difficult" to get time just the two of them and date nights are "not always easy" with four kids in the house.
