Koch Theater at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. As you likely know, Idina originated the role of Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway while Cynthia is playing the iconic character in the upcoming movie version. Idina started their Best Musical presentation to say, “I’m just going to go off-script real quick to say how excited I am to see what I know is going to be an amazing performance in that movie that you’re doing and I just want to say, green girl power!” Cynthia responded, “I love you.
