We first learned that Elon had welcomed a child with Ashley when she shared the news in February.
After the revelation, she proceeded to call him out on social media, alleging that he had been ignoring attempts to get in touch to discuss their son. Ashley proceeded to sue him for sole custody of their child, whose name has not been revealed.
On Friday (February 28), Ashley‘s legal team filed legal documents to request a hearing with Elon in court. Keep reading to find out more… According to reporting by People, the documents were filed in New York City with a request for a hearing on May 29.
