Ellie found fame on Coronation Street when she was just 10 years old and she remained on the ITV soap up until earlier this year, when she decided to leave her role as Faye Windass in a bid to pursue other opportunities.
Acting is clearly a talent that runs in Ellie's family, as her older cousin is fellow ex-Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent, 31, who played Sophie Webster on the soap for 15 years.
Mum-of-two Brooke took on the role in 2004 and remained a Corrie regular up until 2019, when she exited the show to have her first child with footballer boyfriend Kean Bryan.The couple are parents to sons Mexx and Monroe.
