Ellie Goulding wishes she’d had ‘more help’ during low points as she opens up on anxiety

Ellie Goulding has revealed that she has resorted to exercise and her love of books to help her deal with anxiety. The singer revealed that turning to literature has always helped her whenever she is ‘feeling a bit low’, as opposed to reading social media comments made about herself.
