DailyMail.com reported on Saturday that the couple’s 43-acre property was ravaged by Storm Bert, leaving their home flooded just days after moving in.

A local told the outlet: How awful! But luckily for the duo, their farmhouse is SAFE! Related: Inside Ellen’s Star-Studded New Neighborhood! The former Ellen DeGeneres Show host took to Instagram on Sunday to share some sweet words in honor of her 20-year-anniversary with Portia.

Alongside a selfie of the two in what appears to be the English countryside, the 66-year-old wrote: Such loving words! Words which the controversial figure wrapped up with a quick mention of the flood rumors and the status of her new home.
