Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have severely upgraded their home security after a burglary earlier this month. TMZ reports that the couple has made a "slew of security improvements" to their multimillion dollar mansion.
The improvements resemble that of top government buildings, as laser sensors and cameras surround the entire property. The women have also hired a new security company and armed guards now patrol the grounds.The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office confirmed that someone broke into the Montecito, Calif., mansion on July 4 and stole valuable watches and jewelry.
