Hibs did pull one back through Nicky Cadden deep into injury time and were denied a point minutes later when the same player saw a equaliser chalked off by VAR.
The pressure has now fully ramped up on former Hibees captain and current boss David Gray, who has led the team to just one victory in their first 12 matches.And matters for Hibs were made worse after the full-time whistle when French forward Youan was videoed giving it back to disgruntled supporters in Leith.
The 25-year-old has drawn criticism from Hibs fans in recent months for some cryptic posts on social media and could be seen remonstrating with fuming punters before being led away by teammate Rocky Bushiri.Youan was the subject of transfer interest from clubs in Ligue 1 last summer with an unnamed French side last summer, with the Easter Road club reportedly knocking back a £2million bid for the player.
