Ekin-Su breaks silence after snubbing Celebrity Big Brother final

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has finally spoken out following a brutal backlash after her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother and snub of the show finale.

The Love Island winner was expected to appear at the live show with her fellow ex-contestants, however, was a no-show following her 'car crash' stint on the reality show.

Ekin-Su has admitted it was her choice not to appear as she did not want to put herself in another 'uncomfortable' situation reports the Mirror.The former Love Island star stepped away from the limelight after she was grilled by hosts AJ Adudu and Will Best about her time in the house.Ekin-Su looked heartbroken to be leaving and was stunned to be hit with accusations of 'bratty' behaviour and entitlement on the outside.Breaking cover for the first time in over a week, Ekin Su said: "I know it’s unlike me to hide away, but I’ve been taking some time to reflect."She went on: "Sometimes in our lowest moments, we learn the most important lessons about ourselves.

I hope you don’t think I was selfish for setting boundaries and putting my own needs first last night. I’m fully aware that not everybody will understand my absence, or think it was the right decision to make, but it was the right decision for me.’"I chose to remove myself from a potentially uncomfortable situation that I preferred to avoid. ‘I’m proud of myself for recognising what I need during this time, despite the hate that might come my way.
