Paul Pogba’s decision to reject a new contract at Manchester United looks set to curtail his second spell at Old Trafford. The Frenchman is in the final year of his contract with the Red Devils, who will have to sell him this summer if they are to bring in a fee for him.
United will now need to search for a replacement for Pogba as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer attempts to build a team ready to challenge for the Premier League title.
They have a number of options, with the potential for United to buy a new defensive midfielder or directly replace Pogba with an attacking-minded player.
