Eddie Van Halen's son says his death "still doesn't feel real". Van Halen star Eddie passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer in October at the age of 65 and his son, Wolfgang, 30, admitted he is still trying to come to terms with the loss.
He wrote on Instagram: "I’ve had so many dreams lately where Pop and I are just doing normal things and then I realize it’s a dream, stop whatever I’m doing and hug him for as long as I can until I wake up. "I miss the f*** out of him.
I can’t believe he’s not here anymore. Still doesn’t feel real. I’m doing my best, Pop (sic). " Meanwhile, Wolfgang previously insisted it was important for him to "be his own person" on his debut album 'Mammoth WVH'.
