Ed Sheeran Opens Up About His Friendship With Harry Styles, Compares Him to Another Close Pal

Ed Sheeran is opening up about his friend Harry Styles. The 32-year-old “Don’t” hitmaker and 29-year-old “Watermelon Sugar” musician have been close for years and even collaborated on music during Harry‘s One Direction days.

He added that he was “like, really, like super, super proud of him.” Ed also was able to draw comparisons between Harry and Taylor Swift, another one of the musician’s pals who he has worked with in the past. “It’s the same thing as Taylor, like, there’s rarely people that like totally understand you and I think both of them because they are solo artists and are at this level you kind of talk and there’s an understanding there that you don’t necessarily get from everyone,” he explained.
