Ed Sheeran has donated a hefty £170,000 to his former school in Suffolk as, clearly, his generosity knows no bounds. The Shape Of You singer attended Thomas Mills School in his hometown before soaring to fame and amassing an eye-watering wealth of £200 million.
But Ed, 29, hasn’t forgotten his roots and is giving back to the school that raised him to help other students excel in arts and IT.
It’s said the generous donations have been made over a two-year period via the Ed Sheeran Suffolk Music Foundation, which has helped to buy items like MacBooks, cameras and even a photography darkroom.
