Move over Sharon and Linda – there is a new queen on the Square. EatEnders has announced the arrival of the show's first resident drag queen – Tara Misu.
Tara is the drag alter-ego of Felix Baker, who arrives on the Square next week, played by Walford newcomer Matthew Morrison.
Felix will blast into Walford alongside his brother Finlay, soon after their dad Avery rocks up. Matthew says: “I am blessed to have the opportunity to step into the heels of the fierce Tara Misu as part of my role on EastEnders.
It’s a privilege to represent the LGBTQIA+ community and to showcase the creative art of drag to both viewers at home and the residents of Walford." Felix's dad Avery is the brother of Mitch, who isn’t pleased to see estranged relative rock up in Walford.
