EastEnders is set for a scheduled shake-up at the start of July as the show will move over to BBC Two as BBC One presents live coverage of Wimbledon.
Wimbledon is set to kick off on Monday, July 3, with BBC One covering live matches throughout the day and into the evening. As a result, EastEnders will be broadcast on BBC Two for the duration of the tournament.
However, the change is not uncommon in the summer months as the BBC showcases sports while episodes of the soap are normally put on BBC iPlayer at 6am on the day of each episode.
Meanwhile, there's plenty of drama in store for fans as Cindy Beale was revealed as Rose Knight, the long-lost wife of new pub landlord George Knight on Wednesday night.
