EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy, who has played Sonia Fowler for 31 years, has candidly spoken about her body image, admitting there are days she feels "the ugliest person in the room," yet on other occasions she's brimming with confidence, feeling "a million dollars".

Natalie, 41, has released fitness DVDs in the past and her weight has fluctuated through the years, with her ranging from a size 6 to a size 16.The star admitted that she still suffers from body insecurities and doesn't think she will ever be confident about her looks, in a new interview with The Sun. "I can be somewhere and feel a million dollars and not even think about my weight.

But put me in another situation, with a different group of people, and I'll feel like the ugliest person in the room," she confessed. "I still don’t have that confidence.

I still don’t want to put a swimming costume on. "I don’t think I’ve ever — no matter what weight I’ve been — thought, ‘I look really good today’, standing naked in front of a mirror. "I’ve been 7st and 12st and I’ve never thought that." Reflecting on her fitness DVD, Then and Now, in 2007, Natalie, revealed she lost four stone in three months but confessed she later "put it all back on again and more", reports the Mirror.
