EastEnders actor John Altman looked very different from his iconic Nasty Nick days as he stepped out for the Henley Royal Regatta.
The 71 year old, who played the villainous son of Dot Cotton on the BBC One soap from 1985 to 2015, showed off a long, gelled-back hairstyle at the famous rowing event - which is being staged in the town of Henley-on-Thames all this week.
And John looked worlds away from Walford as he sported a baby blue suit with a white and blue floral shirt and brown shoes. He appeared to be in high spirits as he walked along the River Thames and took photographs of the boats on the water.
John is widely known for his role as drug addict, conman, killer and thief ‘Nasty’ Nick Cotton, famed for his saying: “Allo ma!” Nick Cotton was famously responsible for the death of Reg Cox - who was discovered unconscious in the first scene of the very first episode of EastEnders in February 1985.
