EastEnders ' Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) has recently been rocked by his daughter Frankie arriving in Albert Square. Viewers slowly discovered with horror that Mick was abused by his care worker Katy Lewis when he was a child, and she got pregnant when Mick was just 12.
Mick has been spiralling out of control as all his buried pain from the past has come back to haunt him, destroying his relationship with his mum Shirley as he blames her for leaving him in care.
As Katy (Simone Lahbib) is due to arrive in the square next, week, Tony Hannington, Partner and Head of Lime Solicitors has explained if Mick has a case against the care home and if he could receive a settlement.
