Jacqueline Jossa has opened up about her recent weight loss in a candid confession, admitting she has dropped two dress sizes recently following a lifestyle overhaul.The EastEnders actress - who recently reprised her role as Lauren Branning in the soap - was doing Q&A with her fans via Instagram when one follower asked how she has lost weight.

Responding with a video, Jacqueline said: "This is a common one, 'How have you lost weight?', slowly and gradually. I've been trying to for a really long time and then something just clicked.

Honestly, what it was was not eating as much. I was even saying to Dan the other day, there was a stage where I would eat, like, a waffle with chocolate and bananas and strawberries like every week. "I'd order one every week and it would just be normal, like, it wasn't a treat.

So, I just massively changed my eating habits and it, in turn, has helped loads. Even my periods, I've always suffered really badly with my periods and I have a bad day now instead of a whole week, so it's changed loads and, obviously, I have lost a little bit of weight as well." Explaining that she doesn't weigh herself, Jacqueline guessed she has dropped around a stone, and two dress sizes, since pulling back on her food intake.
