EastEnders viewers are bracing themselves for another potential death following Thursday night's dramatic live episode.The 40th anniversary special saw the aftermath of a catastrophic explosion at The Queen Vic, which resulted in the death of villain Reiss Colwell, killed by a falling bathtub, and Martin Fowler in a shocking twist.

However, fans are speculating that another death may be on the horizon ahead of a confirmed exit. Sonia Fowler gave birth to her baby daughter amidst the chaos of the collapsed pub during the live episode.

However, things took a worrying turn when Bianca Jackson noticed her newborn niece had turned blue. As she and Lauren Branning pleaded with nurse Sonia to help her daughter, they realised Sonia was also unwell.

Suddenly, Sonia grabbed her daughter and managed to get her to breathe, much to everyone's relief. As news of Sonia's successful delivery spread, she and her daughter were taken to an ambulance.
