EastEnders fans 'fear' dark Nugget twist that will save dying Nish Panesar

EastEnders fans have "worked out" Nugget Gulati is going to die from steroid abuse and his terminally grandfather Nish Panesar "will get his heart".

Fans of the BBC One soap are aware, Nish is dying as his heart is failing at a quicker rate than doctors anticipated after being diagnosed with viral myocarditis.

Medics told Nish that unless he gets a heart transplant. he will die sooner rather than later. In upcoming scenes, Davinder `Nugget' Gulati finds himself being rushed to hospital after he collapse's in the street after taking steroids.The teenager is quickly taken to hospital where Priya Nandra-Hart and Ravi Gulaiti are distraught, and are soon hit with shocking news about their son's condition.

In the hospital, Dr Miller informs Nugget's family that his kidneys are failing and questions if he's been using drugs, a claim they deny.
