This evening, Jay and Lola's relationship turned pear-shaped when he decided to propose to Lola with the help of her daughter Lexi.
A stunned Lola managed to usher out of the room before telling Jay that she wouldn't be able to marry him. The pair became embroiled in a furious argument when Jay demanded to know whether there would ever be a time where she was ready to have children with him and marry him.
And Lola was heartbroken when Jay seemed to break things off and storm out, leading her to drown her sorrows in the Prince Albert.
