EastEnders filming got underway on Monday, for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic halted filming in March. While some cast members have been back already to film the special Secrets From The Square episodes, it was Monday that saw actual scenes being filmed.
EastEnders favourites Danny Dyer, Jake Wood and Adam Woodyatt were some of the first cast members to get back into their roles.
Ian Beale, Mick Carter and Max Branning will feature in some of the first to be filmed scenes post-lockdown, while the BBC soap currently remains off air.
After running out of episodes, the show will not be back on screens until later on in the year - with four 20-minute episodes set to air per week.
