Eamonn Holmes 'teases' identity of Masked Singer contestant ahead of new series

The Masked Singer is returning on Boxing Day. And Eamonn Holmes appeared to give away the identity of one of the famous faces that could be dressing up to perform on the new series on Thursday's This Morning.

After a clip from the upcoming series was played on the ITV magazine series, Eamonn seemed to drop a hint that his wife, Ruth Langsford, is on the secret line-up of the fun show.

He teased: “Will you be able to spot Ruth before she is revealed or unmasked?” Giving nothing away, Ruth shrugged and then smirked before adding: "Hmmmmm." On December 26, 12 brand new masked celebrities are joining the second series of the show to show off their singing prowess and keep fans guessing.
