Eamonn Holmes is relying on Ruth Langsford to look after him as he continues to battle chronic pain. The 61-year-old TV star is currently unable to do any jobs around the house and without his wife Ruth, he "wouldn’t be able to cook or clean up" after himself.

Eamonn - who has been married to Ruth since 2010 - said: "My fight with chronic pain, brought on by three discs out of place, has been not only a battle for me, but it’s made me less judgemental. "I’ve always been a cleanliness snob.
