Eagles donate $2.5million to LA wildfires FireAid benefit concert

Eagles have donated $2.5million (£2.1million) to FireAid, the upcoming benefit concert for the victims of the Los Angeles wildfires.The charity event was first announced earlier this month and will take place on January 30 at the city’s Intuit Dome and KIA Forum.

Live Nation, AEG and veteran music executive Irving Azoff have joined forces to organise the shows.Earlier this week the first wave of names were confirmed for the shows, including Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Rod Stewart, Katy Perry, Joni Mitchell, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sting, Stevie Nicks, Gracie Abrams and Green Day, with more acts due to be announced in the coming days.

Tickets go on sale on January 22 and you can get yours here and make donations here.One of the other notable names added to the bill is a reforming No Doubt, who will play their first show together since their well-received reunion shows at Coachella 2025, which themselves were their first shows since 2015.Two venues.
