Dylan Levitt reckons Hibs will give him the platform to force his way back into the Wales squad. The midfielder completed his £300,000 move from Dundee United on Wednesday to become Lee Johnson's sixth summer signing and flew out with his team mates to their warm weather training camp in Marbella today.
Levitt, who has 13 caps, was an unused sub for all Wales’ games at the World Cup in November but has so far been left out of the squad for this year’s Euro qualifiers. Now the former Manchester United kid is confident playing in Europe and big games like the Edinburgh derby against Hearts will help him get back into Rob Page’s plans.
He said: “It’s a massive club with a massive fanbase. The way the manager spoke about the style of play, massive following home and away, the stadium is outstanding, the facilities are outstanding.
I want to get back in the Wales squad as well.“This will give me a platform to kick on. Talks started about a week ago, maybe.
