Daniel Wroughton Craig (born 2 March 1968) is an English actor. After training at the National Youth Theatre and graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1991, Craig began his career on stage. Johnson — whose grandfather Peter Maivia played a Bond villain in the 1967’s “You Only Live Twice” — isn’t content with just appearing in a movie in the movie franchise. “I don’t want to be a villain,” The Rock added with a wide smile. “You gotta be Bond.”Craig’s fifth performance as the British spy in “No Time to Die,” which came to theaters last month, was his last in the role.

The 53-year-old has been the face of 007 since 2006, when Craig played Bond in “Casino Royale.” If Johnson were to take up the mantle of playing the iconic movie character, the prolific actor would become the ninth actor to play the MI6 secret agent.
