‘Dune 2’ and ‘Wicked’ Among AMPS Nominations

Andrés Buenahora “A Complete Unknown,” “Conclave,” “Dune: Part Two,” “The Substance” and “Wicked” are among the Association of Motion Picture Sound (AMPS) nominees.

Now in its 12th year, the awards recognize excellence from sound professionals across the industry, highlighting roles such as production sound mixers, supervising dialogue/ADR editors, supervising sound editors or sound designers and re-recording mixers.

Honorees are selected from across five categories: Feature Films, Television Dramas, Factual Films, Production and Post-Production Audio Products.

Production sound mixers also have the opportunity to select a key 1st assistant sound professional for nomination and award consideration.
