Get the latest Scottish parenting news sent straight to your inbox each week with our newsletter.A Dunblane mum is hoping her own story of tragic loss will avoid other families being gripped by the impact of suicide.The woman, who doesn’t wish to be named, is raising awareness of the issue following the five-year anniversary of son Taylor’s passing and after receiving a range of support from a Stirling-based charity.Aspiring teacher Taylor took his own life at the age of 27 in March 2016 after suffering privately with his mental health, leaving his family and a shocked group of friends behind to pick up the pieces.His mum, who moved to the area at the time after her son’s passing, told the Observer about the pain of not seeing her son grow.
