After being cancelled due to the pandemic last year, the Westsound Cash For Kids Christmas lunch was back with a bang on Friday.Hosted by Westsound presenters Ewen Cameron and Cat Harvey, the lunch at the Easterbrook Hall proved to be a huge success, with more than 200 people helping raise around £35,000 for the cause.Cash For Kids spokesman Andy Irving said: “Our Mission Christmas appeal is back to make sure these children have the basics – food, heating, electricity and maybe a small gift.“That might not seem like much, but it makes such a big difference and shows them that someone cares.“Holiday hunger is one of Cash for Kids’ key priorities.“It’s a real problem for many families with low incomes as one in eight children are not getting
