Dua Lipa has announced a special re-release of ‘Future Nostalgia’ in celebration of its fifth anniversary.The re-release is pressed on one yellow splatter vinyl and two traditional black vinyl discs.

The 3 LP set includes the album’s original 11 tracks, along with the deluxe ‘Moonlight’ Edition, and the remix album ‘Club Future Nostalgia’.The vinyl set will be released on March 28, almost exactly five years after the album first dropped.

The original album’s release was originally meant to be April 3 but was brought forward by a week, coinciding with the beginning of the first COVID-19 lockdown.

The album was also leaked, which influenced the decision to move it forward.Since its release, ‘Future Nostalgia’ has racked up over 22 billion streams across all platforms worldwide, making it the 7th most streamed album ever globally.Speaking to NME at the time of its release, Lipa said of its composition: “I felt really confident in my lyrical language and I worked with close friends [this time around] so I wasn’t afraid to be vulnerable in the studio.
