A drunken thug 'badly beat up' the mother of his child before biting her after she refused to kiss him. Jonathon Derby launched a vicious attack on his ex-girlfriend after she rejected his drunken advances, the Liverpool Echo reports.

The 37-year-old left his victim 'traumatised' after biting her on her arm and her back. He left her with multiple nasty bruises after the attack.

Derby, who has a history of domestic violence offences, has now been locked up.
