A veterinary nurse who became 'every passenger's worst nightmare' after downing bottle of vodka on a Thomas Cook flight has been allowed to keep her job.
Katherine Heyes started 'screaming and swearing at everyone' - including her three-year-old child - on the flight from Manchester Airport to Turkey.
The Wigan mum was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work after admitting entering an aircraft when drunk in July 2020, Manchester Evening News reports.
However, a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons disciplinary committee has ruled that the 29-year-old shouldn't be struck off or suspended despite her 'disgraceful conduct'.
