Petrol prices might have reached an all-time high earlier this week - but one driver was left perplexed for a different reason after a visit to a Shell garage on Tuesday (26 October).
The price per litre was displaying as 14.9p, meaning the 26.29 litres he filled up with cost just £3.92, Kent Live reports. This particular garage, near Margate, had the decimal point showing in the wrong place at the pump, undercharging drivers for fuel.
