Over the last year, many of us have put on an extra few pounds, because really, what else is there to do except eat nice food and have the odd cocktail.
However, it appears that as a nation, we are among the heaviest in Europe and the ongoing lockdowns have intensified this, as we all reach for a snack or seven throughout the day.
But for Dr Eva Orsmond, throughout her life she has made sure to stay away from bad habits and unhealthy foods to maintain her strict healthy diet.
And it turns out that she even went on her first diet at the age of 11, which was fully supported by her mother at the time.
