Kevin Hart
Kevin Darnell Hart (born July 6, 1979) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and producer. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Hart began his career by winning several amateur comedy competitions at clubs throughout New England, culminating in his first real break in 2001 when he was cast by Judd Apatow for a recurring role on the TV series Undeclared. The series lasted only one season, but he soon landed other roles in films such as Paper Soldiers (2002), Scary Movie 3 (2003), Soul Plane (2004), In the Mix (2005), and Little Fockers (2010).

Dr. Dre is looking back at his career. During a recent episode of Kevin Hart‘s show Hart to Heart, the 58-year-old legendary producer explained why he decided not to work with Michael Jackson, Prince and Stevie Wonder when the opportunities were presented to him. Keep reading to find out more… “They just asked me to work with them and I was just like, ‘What the f–k am I going to do with them?’” Dre told Kevin, who looked shocked.

The musician went on to say that he had “recently” passed on the chance to work with Stevie who had mentioned making a song together during a phone call. “My entire life and career has been dealing with and working with new artists.

That’s what I like,” Dre explained. “It’s a ball of clay when they walk in the room. You can just form it and do what you want.

That’s what I want. Everybody else, especially my heroes, they’re coming in and there’s a set plan as to how the s–t should sound.
